Allow SP Plus backups to Spectrum Protect server w/o requiring a backup to the vSnap storage first

A backup to Spectrum Protect is not possible w/o doing first a backup to a vSnap. The dependency on vSnap should be removed to allow leveraging the Spectrum Protect server storage hierarchy.
