    This will eliminate the need to copy and paste the ticket number into the IBM support site. The hyperlink will take you there eliminating the copy paste process as well as saving time

    When a PPRC session is being built within CSM, if the source and target SSIDs match, there should be a warning or a message that clearly states why this is a problem.

    We had a configuration error in our PPRC target where the SSID of the target was the same is the primary. CSM allowed us to create the copyset even though the SSIDs were not unique.
