Prioritising tape replication by catagory/dataclass

Currently data replication is performed on a fifo algorithm so as soon as a tape is available and there is a spare replication thread the tape will start to replicate. We have a situation where we have batch jobs that use a tape category for large tapes that create many 25gb tapes during a quite part of our batch window, these take up all the available replication threads and have more tapes on the queue waiting.
Later other batch work using smaller the 2gb tape category starts to run (tape data is often a lot smaller than 2gb), it is much more critical that this data gets replicated in a timely fashion but it gets held up on the queue waiting for the 25gb tapes to complete
