Create BVIR copy queue report

We have a VTS Grid leveraged across many z/OS mainframe clients and some of those clients have an SLA on tape replication to our DR site. We need to prove to these clients that at all times their tapes are being copied to the DR site in under 2 hours, and also a way of boosting these tapes to the top of the copy queue if they are in danger of breaching the replication SLA. The agreement with these clients is a point-in-time check of the SLA every 15 minutes is acceptable.

Providing a BVIR incoming copy queue report for the DR VTS in the Grid which we can run at 15 minute intervals will give us the information we need to perform both these tasks. The report can be pretty much identical to the downloadable CSV report from the GUI so long as at a minimum it has the tape volsers and how long each tape has been in the queue available. Additional information such as whether the copy is in progress, if it's deferred, the delay reason , source cluster, size, date/time created and even the category code are useful but not mandatory.

If the incoming copy queue detail information can be provided to the z/OS mainframe via another method that would also be acceptable as long as it can be batch processed and it's reasonably fast so it can be run every 15 minutes.

Current BVIR reports available are not sufficient as they either do not have all the necessary data to simulate a copy queue or processing them takes too long and too much CPU to process every 15 minutes.

Current LI REQ… commands are not suitable as they only summarise the queue as a whole.
