Request for improvement that the deferred copies should start soon after demount.

Generally deferred copy is very useful to copy logical volumes to the remote clusters between long distance and to avoid longer job's elaps time than that sync or immediate copy consitency point brings on the grid configration.
Today, deferred copies do not start immediately after demount and wait for a few minutes to start and it results in a few minutes longer recovery point objective.
To shorten the waiting time will give us advantage to have shorter recovery point objective with the deferred copy.

We need to customize the wait time after demount before deferred copy starts in each clusters.
Range in the setting that we have to wait will be from 0 second to the current implementation.
0 second setting means the deferred copy immediately start just after demount of the logical volume.

or

We need to have the choice with the deferred copy to start immediately in each clusters.

It will be better to set those in each management classes instead in each cluastes.
