Security around TSM Restores - Logging restores and restricting restores to Admins

Requests
1) There is no way to monitor what files are being restored by what TSM admin. I notice that just a session established is logged on the server but what was restored and by whom is seen as a security risk in a area which transient staff. Logged PMR 44093,130,616 around this issue.

2) After a TOC backup has been done, restrict what dir's can be accessed by different TSM Staff dependant on their position in the company. This would allow confidential areas on the file system to be managed. I have found that once the files have been restored, windows NTFS kicks in and the restrictions are applied but this can be circumvented if the "remove ntfs permissions" option is unticked in the BA Client.

3) Remove the "remove ntfs permissions" option in the BA client dependant on the the TSM Admin.
