Which userid does restore a file ?

For tracing, for auditing reasons we want to know the TSM administrator name of the administrator which restores an object (file, directory).
TSM web client is used for the restore.
Looking in server actlog there are two messages ANR0503I (with the administrator name of the administrator which restored an object) and ANR0504I (with a blank field for the userid which restored an object).
We would like to have only ANR0503I message for each restored objects, so we can identify who restored the object.
If ANR0504I message must persist then we would like userid field set to the administrator name of the administrator that restored the object to identify that administrator.
