TSM for VE - File-level restore process similar to TSM BA GUI

In a virtual environment, be able to execute file-level restore to alternate location using a backup operator account and keeping the original Windows folders/files permissions. This process would be similar to TSM BA client restore process, that allows the customer to restore any data and keep the folders/files permissions (i.e can restore any data to any location but does not have authority to read/write it).
