File level restore web GUI - Prevent providing TSM admin credentials

To enable the file level restore web GUI, from the TSM for VMware web GUI configuration wizard, it is required to enter TSM admin server credentials. Due to security reasons it is not desirable to be able to connect to the TSM admin ports or to logon as a TSM administrator from locations other than the management network.
There should be a possibility to run this configuration and enable the file level restore function, without providing these credentials.
