Show Capacity Savings Total Provisioned Line only for vDisk assigned to a host

On the FS or SVC Dashboard the total provision value is the value in all vDisk. If attached behind a SVC, there are normally provisioned but not assigned vDisk to fill up the entire space. That leads into a missunderstanding on the dashboard.
