Policy Based Replication Recovery Volume Names

We appreciate the simplicity of Policy Based Replication setup; however, we are in need of these two features to be added:

1.  Allow custom naming of the recovery volumes.   This is needed because we do not use the same system names between each site, so having the recovery volumes named the same as the production volumes is not appropriate.  It seems that it would be simple to add the ability to put a custom "base name" in the replication policy so the volumes at the recvoery site can be named differently.

2. When removing Policy Based Replication from a Volume Group, we would like the option to keep the recovery volumes on the recovery system instead of automatically removing them.  This would be useful for multiple scenarios including migrations and building new systems from a "gold copy" at the production site.
