Ability to open a case via Storage Insights for Brocade switches.

Clients are currently unable to open a case to IBM support via Storage Insights for any added to their instance Brocade switch. A feature allowing this would be nice.

There are an increasing number of clients asking for the functionality of specifying the goal response time of a volume (vdisk), so that it doesn't go faster than this goal and does not use resources that could be used by other volumes.

Storage scale performance statistics for SMB shares

EMS GUI (Monitoring > Statistics) only provides SMB performance statistics for cluster or node level. Having stats on each individual SMB share would be very useful. NFS shares have such stats.
