Make IBM Tape boxes able to generate a CSR much like their DASD counterparts

The IBM Tape boxes (TS7) currently do not allow the generation of a CSR (certificate signing request). This means you have to generate a certificate off of the box and upload both private and public keys. This is a gross misuse of security and I cant understand why these do not work the same way as the DASD DS8k line which has allowed you to generate a CSR for generations. The lack of this feature produces a massive security risk which needs to be fixed!

    Client "AMERICAN NATIONAL INSURA" also requested this. They want to be able to make the requests like in their DS8K , instead of making the certs separately and uploading them.

    This relates to the TS7700 VTS and has been raised by one of IBM UKI's key clients. The lack of this capability has the potential to affect future business with them.
