Parallelised fusion IO updates on big clusters

When doing upgrades on big clusters, IO stack update is taking a huge time, going out of maintenance window as machineconfig is changed one by one when doing the drain of scale nodes. UPdate process needs to be improved to reduce maintenance window

I have moved the status to 'not being considered'. The requirement is valid but I do not forsee our being able to deliver it within the next 18 to 24 months given other priorities. We will reevaluate as appropriate at a later date.

@Bill: It is not so much about the time it takes to shut down a single node, but rather about the restriction to only update one node at the same time when using Storage Scale CNSA.

With large clusters, many nodes could be updated at the same time as long as the Storage cluster quorum is kept and there is enough headroom for the workload.

Today, updates can be held up by programs not honoring shutdown request and keeping file handles open. Node shutdowns cannot proceed until all open file handles are closed. We intend to provide enhancements to provide greater visibiity into what is preventing node shutdown and providing insights into how to respond.
