Support for more that one OCP Cluster

With support for only one OCP cluster, It will be difficult for our customers to do upgrades on the same platform. If you have 10 different OpenShift workloads on a single OCP 4.8. cluster. How do you upgrade to some of those workloads to another version of OCP and leave the others at the current version?

A specfic example is with CP4D 4.0 which currently only supported on OCP 4.8. The next version of CP4D 4.5 is coming in June and will only run on OCP 4.10. How does the customer upgrade or migrate to the newer version on the same Fusion platform. In customer's existing OCP platforms, they would make a new OCP 4.10 cluster for CP4D 4.5 and then migrate the CP4D 4.0 aplication services/data to the OCP 4.10 cluster and perform some remediation testing and when complete, they decommission the 4.8 cluster. In this scenario, both OCP clusters will have to run in parallel for a period of time.
