NTACL transfer function with Spectrum Scale 4.2.0.3

With Spectrum Scale 4.2.0.3, the security attribute called NTACL is not transferred from Cache to Home using AFM function. This attribute used to be transferred with GPFS 4.1.0.7 which is used by the customer.
