Enable/disable EasyTier for a volume in the GUI

Currently the Easy Tier setting for a volume cannot be changed in the SVC GUI. A function should be added to the properties panel of a volume.

Exclude a Linux disk from TSM for VE backup

On Linux virtual machines, exclude disks from TSM/VE backups by their scsi number (e.g. scsi0, scsi1). TSM/VE can query Virtual Center, so it should know everything from that about each virtual machine and its disk(s).
