Reporting Enhancements for TSM4VE environment

With TSM version 6.3.5 the rename filespace command is not supported anymore. This feature provided to us possibility of having a clear separation of active and expired(decomissioned) VMware virtual machine filespaces.
We also used for monitoring and reporting purposes.
We would like to see some enhanced reporting / tracking capability of virtual machine for TSM4VE stored at TSM server level:
- clear distinguish of Active / Decomissioned virtual machine backups
- clear reporting on virtual machine backups, including the possibility detecting active virtual machines without backups

These enhancements may makes the overall backup monitoring and reporting complete, and does not require customers rely on external tools and home grown script to rely on what is required currently.
as long Vcenter does not provide we would like to see on TSM side.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
