Support COHESITY SmartFiles S3 Object Lock for IBM Storage Protect Container Storage Pools

It is a major Storage Protect customer request. This customer has a project to integrate COHESITY SmartFiles and wants to use it to host immutable backups. It should work as it is the case with Storage Protect on AWS Object Lock today.

IBM Flashsystem GUI has a nice feature that shows what cli command was executed in the backend for selected options. It would be much better to show what will be executed before confirmation.
