Servermon (Windows) is using cmd to archive servermon files, located in <instance_dir\srvmon

To protect our ISP Server environment on Windows against Ransomware attacks, we are using the program Blocky for TSM from Grau Data. We can whitelist all programs and applications to update the critical files in the filesysems, like db, log and instance directory. We have whitelisted dsmserv, dsmsvc, db2syscs and even servermon. Unfortunately there appears a process copying data in the directory using cmd. We can not allow access cmd in the protected directories, because everything can be manipulated out of control. Please change the procedure, so that tis function is running under control of the servermon program.
