This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM System Storage products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Some precisions :
------------
To comply with the newest release of IBM's Security Standard ITCS104: password must:
1. Be at least eight positions in length.
2. Contain at least one alphabetic and one non-alphabetic character.
3. Contain a non-numeric character in the first and last position.
4. Contain no more than three identical consecutive characters in any position from the previous password.
5. Contain no more than two identical consecutive characters.
6. Not contain the userid as part of the password.
7. Be changed at least once every 90 days.
8. Not be reused until after at least four iterations.
Currently, TSM password management does not check (or does not allow to configure) all above points but only a few of them (1 and 7).
Also, TSM password should support both upper-case and lower-case characters.
