Smaller sized ITM TSM Agent installation package for existing ITM V6 customers

Customers already have a ITM V6 environment with TEMS, TEPS servers. Will not install the IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Tivoli Storage Manager V6.3 package for additional TEMS, TEPS server. The AIX part number CI3ZGML package is 3808 MB in size with an additional 4253 MB when extracted for a total space of 8061 MB.

Only need the ITM TSM Agent code in COI/PackageSteps/TSM_Agent/FILES which is 272 MB in size to use install.sh to install application support on the TEMS, TEPS servers and the ITM TSM agent on the TSM servers.

Add documentation in TSM Information Center for the download of the ITM TSM agent code only with part numbers. Also usage of the ITM agent install.sh program.
