Spectrum Virtualize "IO pause" on node leave and join is entirely too long

When a node leaves or joins a Spectrum Virtualize cluster (SVC, V7K, FS9100, etc), the cluster imposes an "IO pause" on the order of 10 or more seconds. This is unacceptably long, especially in a flash environment.

Quicker failover times

SVC needs to be quicker to resolve situations where a redundate component has a problem, so that servers and applications are not impacted (no timeouts in servers or applications which can lead to unpredictable results)

Decrease IO Pending Time

Customer ae using SVC to virtualize AFA and serve to online transaction based applications. When controller fail or controller rejoin,system will pending I/O over 30s.If the system topology is hyperswap, pending I/O will close to 60s.Customer hope...
