Repeat email alerts are often indistinguishable from "new" email alerts. Add the word "Reminder" to subject line.

The SVC will send reminder notifications about errors/events that have not been "Fixed" every 24 hours. When these reminder emails are received, the text in the subject line is exactly the same as the original email notification. This duplication is sometimes misleading, in that it makes you believe that a new issue has occurred when no such thing has happened. If your organization has an incident response center (helpdesk, operations center, etc.) who creates tickets based off of these emails, then you could end up with duplicated tickets for a single problem. This in turn can create confusion for the technicians who are asked to investigate and resolve the problem.

My production suggest would be to add the word "Reminder:" to the subject line of any repeat notifications to distinguish them from new event emails.
