Customize e-mail alerts on SVC for only desired data

Problem: Customer would like to customize ALERTS messages sent from SVC clusters, to contacts specified in support User tab.

WHY? Customer is using centralized alert notification, which get email notification from SVC and send it to mobile phone via SMS.
Current alert sent from SVC is unreadable by the Mobile phones if mobile phone gets this as SMS.
So customer would like to customize layout and data (customer would like to remove additional data which is unreadable in SMS) of mail who is send from SVC cluster.
Customer would like to have in email alerts only From: which cluster, time of occurance and what is wrong. No additional data.

Customer does not want to use ANY other software for monitoring and alerting (eg. HP openview, microsoftMOM.. IBM TPC....)

    We understand your desire for this customization. Unfortunately SVC is unable to deliver any of this customization in the next couple of years. The RFE tool will allow you to resubmit the request a year or two from now again.
