Citi needs increase for the max limit for vol name

Chatting with our dev team, the max limit for vol name length is 63 in the code (though we see 58 for ours). They can officially start working on increasing it with an RFE from Citi. I pushed for 256 and they’re open to it.

    Thank you for submitting this idea. After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming deliverable because it is not consistent with the product architecture and our strategy for future deliverables.

    We are considering adding ability to do volume tagging - add key/value data to be stored with each volume - which could provide a more extensible way for tools like CSM to encode extended data in the future. In the meantime, the workaround is to encode the orchestrator naming in some other logical way so that it fits into 64 char limit.
