add possibility to honor daylight times in safeguarded snapshot schedule Merged

When using internal scheduler to create safeguarded snapshots, time will differ by one hour depending on daylight saving time.

eg. you trigger safeguarded snapshots every 24 hours and start on 6:00 a.m during summer time, snapshots would be taken at 5:00 a.m during winter time.

In most cases safeguarded snapshot schedule is based on business requirements - example: daily work starts at 6:00, so snapshot should be taken at that time, no matter which daylight saving time we are currently in.

Easiest approach would be a checkbox to be activated if schedule should honor DST or not.
