ESS call home for disk failures should include the RG\disk name in the IBM case title

In ESS call home for disk failures, when a case is created the case title is very generic and reports an error number 'Error Code: DSK00001'.

Problem

The challenge is that when disks fail, it is difficult to relate a specific disk failure to an IBM case number. In order to do that, I must go into ESA on the ESS Management node. I cannot just log into my IBM Support cases and clearly see which cases that technicians will be arriving to change disks for. In addition, often the Support engineer does not state the disk location after their analysis.

Desired

It would be very helpful, when the management node creates the IBM case, that it includes the RG and disk name in the case title. When customers log into IBM support, they can see the call home tickets for disk replacement and quickly identify which disks correlate to case numbers. The ESA on the management node shows this information, so it seems it may be straightforward to include it in the case title.
