Add system node name to the description/title of any CSP ticket generated from a call home.

The overall request is to add the system node name of the originating device into the case description whenever a call home occurs that results in a case being opened. From the sample case the customer provided, the case description is “9100 DSK00001 : ESS6122-ReplaceDisk-78R0570-1-2”. For customers with a small implementation of a single ESS node or two, this is not an issue however for large customers that have multiple Spectrum Scale clusters and multiple ESS building blocks, it would greately simplify the customer's ability to identify the correct system on their side.
