Implement callhome for HW problems at SAS RAID Adapter of ESS Legacy Systems

We faced an HW issue with the internal SAS RAID adapter in an ESS IO node, which cased a massive performance degradation.

This issue was reported by mmhealth to spectrum scale but does not trigger an callhome to IBM. 

To improve serviceability it would be helpful to include the raid_sas_adapter_bad events into the list of ressources, which trigger an callhome to IBM.

Customers are expecting that all relevant HW ressources are covered by callhome facility.
