Notification email "From" address should be configurable from GUI and CSM configuration file

The default email "From" address on notifications is "csmServer@server.domain.tld" or "csmServer@ip.address".  With NATed servers, and Email spam prevention, we need to be able to configure this value to meet customer environment requirements.

    This functionality actually exists today. I originally didn't think there was a property to handle this but while investigating further I found the following.

    You can set the following property to define the sender address.
    csm.server.notification.sender.address=xxxxx@yyyy.com

    In addition you can set the following property to define a ?name?. Default is csmServer
    csm.server.notification.sender.name=Chuck Woolery

    However, thinking about this more, we really should have made the sender address the reply to by default. I can't change this now or it could cause existing customers issues. But will add the following property in the 6.3.12 release of CSM. When this property is set, it will instead use the replyTo value defined on the GUI as the sender Address as well. And then build the "name" as the server hostname address.

    csm.server.use_replyto_for_sender=true
