Enable TLS encryption as default for Mail Notifications

As default, it is not possible to use the Mail Notifications from (e.g.) CSM 6.2.8 to send mails with TLS encryption. If you contact an Exchange Server where sending from E-Mails without encryption is not allowed, you got during SMTP Server setup at the GUI the following error message displayed:
IWNR1737E [Aug 11, 2020 7:10:59 AM] An error was encountered trying to send an e-mail. The specific cause was: 451 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail
After discussion with the CSM Dev Team they told me that I can manually edit the jvm.options with the following propertie:
-Dmail.smtp.starttls.enable=true

After this option was enabled and a server restart was done, I'm now able to use TSL encryption for your Mail notifications (with STARTTLS command to the SMPT Server). I would prefer that this option is set as default from IBM and not that every customer must enable this for himself. IBM told me that for this change a RFE is needed. Here it is...
