REST API - Quotas for Users and Groups

Create a REST API to show User and Group quotas. Currently, the only quotas are Filesystems and Filesets - If users have a homedir set to a fileset you can get their quota, however if user or group quotas are set they cannot be retrieved.

Reorg of the container files

Because we must delete 800.000.000 million orphaned chucks on two TSM servers there is coming many free storage in the container files but all the filesystems are 97% filled. If we can do a reorg then the filesystems can we schrink.
