Ability to set Custom Retention Policies for Events and/or requirement for them to be "fixed" before removing them from the Dashboard

Per design, current Fusion versions includes the following events expiration policies:

Information events lasts for 3 to 4 hours
Warning events lasts for seven days
Critical events lasts for 14 days

These values are fixed and do not require the admin to acknowledge the events, which could lead to potential scenarios where the events can be cleared from the dashboard or events view without the Fusion admin being even able to know about the existence of that condition.

The proposed idea is to grant the Fusion admin the ability to set custom event retention policies, or to require the admin to actually "acknowledge" the event before the policy can be applied to it (or a combination of both). This is pretty similar to what can be found in most of the products which deal with event management in the market today and I strongly believe it'll be beneficial for the product to incorporate this flexibility.
