Option to expand past 24 Flash Core Modules with NVMe expansion enclosure

In GTS we have set a All Flash strategy and need the option to expand past the 24 Flash Core Modules to provide high performance Flash with FCM HW compression to give a larger capacity when using the smaller 4.8TB and 9.6 TB FCM.
