Excluded port issue for EMC VNX storage behind SVC

The customer has 8 SVC clusters with 8 nodes on their environment. They have many different type of storages produced by different vendors.

They have faced with a problem only between SVC and EMC VNX midrange storage. When a drive streams soft media errors or sector reconstructs on EMV VNX, these errors are detected by SVC as "SCSI ERP occured". If these errors exceed the threshould value , SVC excluded the related port to prevent data as designed. If all ports are excluded by SVC, mdisk group goes to offline.

    My customer also uses EMC VNX2 with SVC (2145-DH8) version 7.5.0.3. Is this a general issue applicable to any users with similar configuration, or applicable only when some specific conditions are met?
