When cases are created it would be beneficial if we could change the case owner from the default based on who is dealing with the issue .

This would prevent unnecessary updates to the default case owner when they may not be interested . When we have a large number of cases to deal with sometime it would be better to just get updates for cases that you are interested in .

Exclude pagefile and c:\temp

Hello, It would be good to exclude from image backup by default the systempagefile and hiberfile (like veeam do). Additional excludes like c:\temp could improve some backup situation. Greetings Horst Groh

Restore functionality - Power on VM - Production & clone restore powers on Shouldn't be default to power on as Power On VM was not ticked. Default should be leave powered off unless that option is ticked
