User specified encryption password for data when using TSM backend

Add possibility to let user specify data encryption password when TSM server is being used as back-end - in order to ensure that data only can be restored by someone that knows the password.
It should be possible to set the encryption password via command line - so that a corporate password can be set when using e,g. scripted installations.
The encryption password should be stored in encrypted state in registry (like with the Backup/Archive client).
