Support DB2 HADR in Spectrum Protect Plus

IBM Spectrum Protect Plus works perfectly with DB2 databases. Unfortunately for all our critical databases, which are replicated using DB2 HADR, backup and restore with Spectrum Protect Plus is currently not supported.
