essclient.properties file activity

SMF records show that this property file is being read circa 100M times per day, driving high I/O rates and CPU activity. It doesn't make sense that a static property file should need to be read this frequently.

Add GM Master Location to Global Mirror Info tab

With newer CSM sessions including multiple GM legs simultaneously, it would be very helpful to show the Location of the GM master in the display. This would help identify and differentiate the GM masters and lead to less confusion.

Add a role with hability to create SGC backups without possibility to expire them

It will improve security of the backup especially when SGC backups are triggered by a ZOS batch job. Without this role, everybody who can run the job can expire the backups and remove them.
