CSM - add message about completion of background copy ( Flashcopy, SGC recovery)

Currently, after submit of Flashcopy or SGC recovery with background copy -  in CSM session messages is logged only submit of this command. Background copy continues, it is indicated in the CSM GUI in session details ( ....copy still continues...) but there is no message in the log when it finished. In case full system flash or DR recovery testing, with current situation i need to track & refresh CSM GUI regularly for several hour, to see how log will this background copy really last.

If this "copy end" message would be implemented - will be more simple fro execution tracking:  we woudl find the "copy end" message in the log. + maybe can be added some status message like 70% copy done, 80% copy done , 90%..... This will help to better evaluate infrastructure & speed for related copy/recovery actions.
