CSM Operator should have access to Scheduled tasks

Most of the activities, we have created Scheduled tasks for Operators to start/stop whenever the need arises. Like for DRs, we have 3 sessions which are dependent on each other and we created scheduled tasks. But current CSM Operator role cannot process scheduled tasks. So, we are logging & performing that.

Will need to look at this. The complication is that a scheduled task may issue commands against multiple sessions. In an operator has access to the scheduled task it would have to have access to all sessions in the scheduled task. And this may change if the scheduled task is edited to add new sessions etc. So an operator may see tasks disappear if an admin, for example, adds a session that the operator can't manage. Which could be confusing.
