Allow "modify volume capacity" of a volume in a volume group with PBR applied

For the moment, it is not possible to modify (in our case extend) a volume which is in a volume group where a replication policy is applied. This has a huge impact if we simply want to extend a volume (to increase a datastore capaciy for example)....
