This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM System Storage products. Implement upstream NooBaa Changes that support recent Amazon S3 server/client changes

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Recent client side changes to the aws cli utility as well as the Amazon boto3 python libraries have broken functionality of using the s3 gateway.

From Amazon:

In AWS CLI v2.23.0, we released changes to the S3 client that adopts new default integrity protections. For more information on default integrity behavior, please refer to the official SDK documentation. In SDK releases from this version on, clients default to enabling an additional checksum on all Put calls and enabling validation on Get calls.
You can disable default integrity protections for S3. We do not recommend this because checksums are important to S3 integrity posture. Integrity protections can be disabled by setting the config flag to when_required, or by using the related AWS shared config file settings or environment variables.

This appears to have been implemented in a new version of NooBaa and was merged into master a couple weeks ago,

We were asked in the linked support case to open an RFE to try and get this expedited, when can we expect this to be merged into your S3 Storage Scale service that we are currently using?
