Ability to set schedule on the TS7700 cache process

By the default, the TS7700 cache walk process runs every four hours daily, except on Sunday for a period of about 18 hours. This cache walk process has raised some concern from many customers that it may impact job run time.

Currently SPP installs openJDK pkg during installation and upgrade phase. However Oracle Java is still beign used for VADP proxy of vSNAP server. Due to licensing we would appreciate if only one Java has been used.
