Add options for type of ESX snapshot in TSMVE

Would like the ability to take non-quiesce snapshots with TSMVE in our ESX environment. I've been told snapping without an OS quiesce is a supported option in ESX and we'd like to be able to throw that flag for select VMs.

TDP VE 7.1 Schedule return codes.

TDP VE 7.1 does not return failed 12 for any vm's that fail during scheduled backups.This needs to be enabled to return a code of 12 for the scheduled backups without which the tracking becomes difficult.

Backup status report scope

There is a pulldown on the Backup Status report in the vCenter plug-in that allows the user to select a Datacenter for the scope of the report.
