Add options for type of ESX snapshot in TSMVE

Would like the ability to take non-quiesce snapshots with TSMVE in our ESX environment. I've been told snapping without an OS quiesce is a supported option in ESX and we'd like to be able to throw that flag for select VMs.

    More detail, this issue is causing the delay in migrating over 3000 servers to our TSMVE environment as the failed snaps are causing sporatic system hangs. The issue seems to be in the RHEL filesystem quiesce, so if it could be bypassed we would likely see far less issues.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
