Allow TSM for VE VMCLI to report VM deleted status

Enhance the VMCLI command to return the status of VMs deleted. Currently only the TSM for VE UI can generate the list of VM backups where the original VM has been removed from the VMware environment and therefore is in a 'deleted' state. While UI can produce a report that can be exported the list generation cannot be automated.

    Thank you for submitting this request. We understand the use case this request is trying to address but will not be implementing a solution as suggested. We are currently tracking the requirement to more efficiently manage deletions or expirations of VMs internally. If you feel you would like this RFE to be reconsidered after the next release of TSM, please resubmit your suggestion. We appreciate your feedback and continued support in making our products better.
