TSM Supoort for NDMP Backup of NetAPP cDOT Running SVM-SCOPED

We have a client that has deployed new NetApp cDOT cluster and wants to run in SVM-SCOPED mode but can not because TSM NDMP backups do not support cDOT Cluster Aware Backups in SVM-SCOPED only NODE-SCOPED.

During TSM Upgrade to 7.1 you get a message that says "java.io.IOException: There is not enough space in the file system."

Even thou, there are requirements for /var, /tmp. During the TSM 7.1 server upgrade, if space is needed in /tmp, the install logs will say "/tmp" or say it at the screen. As for files that need to be backed up under /opt/IBM/IBMIMShared/native/com...

AD for reading passwords, but modifing AD

From TSM server using AD only for reading passwords without modifing the AD database. When TSM administrator login to the TSM commandline dsmserv, the password should be verified in an AD database.
