TSM 7.1.1 Server has no db2diag.log error messages for TSM server database backup

After upgrade of AIX 6.1 TSM 6.3.4 server to TSM 7.1.1, we noticed error messages in db2diag.log from PMR 18439,057,649 and technote http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21688785
..
This request is for TSM 7.1.1 or later release to not have db2diag.log error messages when a TSM server database backup is performed.

    IBM has evaluated the request, and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time. This is not a requirement against TSM. It should be raised as a requirement against DB2. The messages going into db2diag.log are not something TSM controls.
